Our aim is simple- to get our customers more value for money than they would be offered on the high street.Furthermore, we only operate online and so don't have to support any expensive high street shops. This keeps our costs very low and means we can pass the benefits on to you by offering the best gold and platinum prices on the marketplace.

What can I send in?

You can post us any material containing gold or platinum. That includes anklets, bracelets, brooches, chains, charms, necklaces, pins, rings, bands and EVERYTHING ELSE! All karats accepted: 8k 9k 10k 14k 15k 18k 22k 24k. And if you're not sure of something, post it to us and let our experts make the determination. Please remember, we can not process gold plated items.

Do you buy broken Jewellery?

As long as it contains gold or platinum, we will pay you for it. The material's value is based on its weight and purity — NOT its condition.

Once the valuation has been agreed - how quickly will I receive the money?

As soon as you are happy with our valuation, funds will be transferred by BACS into your nominated bank account. The money should hit your account  the same day or the latest the next day.

If I'm unhappy with my valuation, will it cost me anything to get my material back?

We are confident you will be delighted with our offer - but for whatever reason  you are unhappy with our valuation - we will return your items back by Special Delivery at our cost. There are absolutely no hidden charges nor obligations for using this service.

How do I know my material is safe and secure?

Every GOLD PACK has a unique tracking number and barcode so you can track your shipment online throughout the entire process.

The pack is also insured against loss up to the value of £500.

How do you value the gold that I send to you?

The value of your material is based on the current price of gold or platinum and the weight and purity of your metals.
